At The Printy People we take pride in using the highest quality materials and want you to love our products as much as we do!

All The Printy People products are 100% custom made to order, which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Each piece is made to order, and we do not offer returns unless it is damaged or defective piece.

Which is why if you’re not 100% satisfied with quality or if the product is damaged or defective, then you can easily submit a request to return, replace, or exchange your order within 30 days from the day your order shipped.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and this completed form.

In case there is a refund from our end after the product is shipped, then a 10% refund fee will be deducted from the payment amount to cover shipping costs/fess etc.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for any reason for customised/personalised products .This is because each product is custom-made items based on our customer's taste and we can't resell them owing to the privacy and customised nature of the product.

Damaged or Broken Items - FREE Replacement

We really hope this does not happen as we want our customers to get a high quality product and are happy with the purchase.

If indeed, an order arrives with damaged or broken items, we’re happy to send a FREE replacement without any additional cost to you.

Please send photos of the damaged part to support@theprintypeople.com, along with the order number. Once we verify the photos, We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost.

Wrong Design Item - FREE Replacement

We would like to avoid this as best as possible, but It happens.We do our best, but sometimes you may get a different design than your order. In this case, please send us your actual photos to support@theprintypeople.com with the order number.

Once we verify the photos and found that it is our mistake then, we will send FREELY replace the item and send you the correct design product at no additional cost.

Wrong Product - FREE Replacement

If we ship the wrong product to you, please send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered to support@theprintypeople.com and we will FREELY replace any such items at no additional cost.
